ANSWERS

Q. 1. What I will receive when I puchase one of your applications?
A. You will receive an e-mail from us with the REGISTRATION CODE that will unlock the game.
This registration coded is based on your PalmID. Refer to the the registration email from us or to application manual, where to enter the registration code.
Please, note that you will not receive a separate registered version of the application. You must download the trial version from this website or from the resellers website.
You must keep the registration code written in a safe place, because you will need it again in case of reinstalltion.

Q. 2. How long I have to wait to receive the registration code?
A.  Few seconds for 3D Blockout, 3V Broomsticks and 3D Tennis :) Due to the new registration technology implemented within the latest updates of these game you will receive the registration code immediately from our re-seller (PalmGear.com, Handango.com, Pdassi.de or PalmOne Addit Catalog).
24 hours for 3D Bingo and 3D Lotto.  Max. 48 hours if there is a problem with the e-commerce systems of our resellers. If the delay is more then 48 hours, please contact support at pda3dware dot com. Don't forget to mention your Software Order Number, the product(s) and your Palm Hotsync Username.

Q. 3. What are the benefits for registered users?
A. Our games have a free evaluation period. You must purchase the game if you want to keep it afterwards.
The other gain for the registered users is that all future updates are free for them.
To receive e-mail notifications about future versions you must subscribe for our newletter.

Q. 4. I have puchased one of your products, but the registration code doesn't seem to work. Now what?
A. That simply means that we haven't received your exact Palm Hotsync Username (the other terms for it are Hotsync ID, Palm ID).
Please, check it again. This is the name your Palm device is assigned to during HotSync. This may be found by tapping HotSync on the Application  screen on the unit and noting the name at the top.
The other (and more reliable) way to see your correct Palm Hotsync Username is to download our free utility YourUsername.prc. Install it to your PalmOS® device and run it once. You may delete it after that. YourUsername.prc will also check your Hotsync Username for hidden symbols, which often cause unexpected problems with the registration of any Palm shareware.
Sent the Hotsync Username to support at pda3dware dot com exactly as you see it! Please, note that your Palm username is case-sensitive, for example. "John Smith" is not like "john smith". Any spaces are important too. Don't forget to mention your Software Order ID (if you know it) and the name of the product.
If you don't know your Software Order ID please provide some kind of information like name, email address etc. so our support team could recognize your order as valid.

Q.5. I've lost my registration code. How to receive a new one?
A. Please, contact our support team. You must provide the following info:

  • The Product Name - 3D Tennis II, 3D Blockout, 3V Broomsticks, 3D Bingo or 3D Lotto (required!);
  • Your current EXACT Palm Hotsync Username (required!)
    If you don't know it read Answer 4 above for info where to find it;
  • Your valid email address (requred!)
  • Some information that will help our support team to find your order: Software Order ID (recommended), your name and/or email address, used on the time of purchase (required!).

Q.6. How to upgrade to a new version of the game?
A. Download the trial version from this website. Install it over the previous version or alone, no matter.
If the previous version exists of the device, your registration status and high score will be saved after upgrade.
If there is no previous version, you will have to enter your second registration code to unlock the game.

  • If your product is 3D Blockout or 3D Tennis II, you will see a new game icon, rounded with dots, on the Application screen of your Palm. This is a self-extracting installation. Start it once and it will extract the game files to your palm's RAM. The dotted icon will disappear after the first start and only the actual game will exist on the device.
  • Speaking about 3V Broomsticks, 3D Bingo and 3D Lotto there is no dotted icon. The old version (if exists) will be overwritten with the installation of the new one.

Q.7. How to run your games on QVGA Handera 330 devices?
A. Our game 3D Blockout® is specially designed to support high-res on Handera.
The other games are Handera 330 compatible.

Q.8. How to run your games from a memory expansion card?
A. Please read the ReadMe files, included in the installations of the latest versions of our games. They include complete instructions how to move and install the games to MMC/SD cards.

Q.9. Do your games support Palm OS 5 and the new Tungsten, Zire devices?
A. Yes, all the latest versions of our products fully support the new Tungsten T, T2, T3, E, C, Treo 600 and Zire 71 handhelds and any other devices which run PalmOS 5 or newer. 3D Tennis II, 3D Blockout and 3V Broomsticks are Palm OS 5 enhanced - that means specially designed to benefit from Palm OS 5 features - Hires graphics, 5 way control button and Polyphonic sound.

Q.10. Do your games support High Resolution Sony Clie devices?
A. All latest versions of the products by PDA 3Dware fully suport the hires Clies. They feature native Hires graphics on all Palm OS 5 handhelds, but will run in low-res mode if your Palm OS is 4.x prior to 5.0. Please upgrade if you are using older version.

Q.11. What does it mean your games are enhanced for Treo 600 smartphones?
A. The installation of each game includes a separate prc file, specially build for Treo 600.
Optimized means that it uses low-res graphics, does no eat your RAM, because the special Treo 600 versions do not include Hires versions of graphics and they feature Palm OS 5 polyphonic sound.

Q.12. The game animation become broken and non-fluent. Now what?
A. Some third party utilities, like enhancements, hacks and especially national localizations use to slow down your handheld a lot. We noticed such problem with Cyrhack V for example. The only way to enjoy the fluent animation again is to disable temporary such services before starting a game. You will be able to activate them later again. For more info refer to the program manuals of the utility you use.
